Established in 1981, Dembo Freedman & Shutt CPAs PC has over 25 years of experience in providing quality, personalized services to its clients. A number of our clients, some in the second and third generation, have been with our Firm for more than 25 years.  It is the commitment to personalized service that initiated our policy that the CPA in charge of any engagement should meet directly with the client at least annually to review any concerns they may have. Even during the busiest time of the year, we attempt to answer each call, e-mail, or letter as quickly as possible. We believe this "personal" contact helps us stand out.

Our Firm currently has two shareholders.  Donald E. Shutt CPA, a graduate of Siena College of Loudonville, has over 35 years experience in the profession providing audit, accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses in various industries including construction, manufacturing, retail and services.  George N. Cefferillo Jr., CPA is also a graduate of Siena College.  He has over 25 years experience in providing services to individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations.  These engagements include clients in the construction, retail, wholesale and real estate industries.
